David M. Maines Associates Inc. is a full-service commercial roofing contractor founded in 1989. From our Central Pennsylvania base, we perform quality roofing installation and services throughout the mid-Atlantic states.

We are looking for enthusiastic, hard-working individuals to join our team. This is an opportunity to learn commercial roofing and siding skills on the job or bring your skills to David M. Maines & Associates. Many of our projects are prevailing wage, so you can earn a higher wage while working on projects that impact our local communities and surrounding states. Job Requirements:

Must be 18 or older
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to climb up and down ladders to heights of 25 feet.

Must be able to work extended hours to take advantage of the weather
Must be able to travel; company pays for overnight stays, if needed

Must be able to pass a background check (required for the work we do)

Preferred Experience:

Trade skills
Knowledge of commercial roofing procedures and safety
Experience with EPDM, Single Ply, metal, and other roofing systems
